Seasons changing & Corrina thriving

Corrina and I are NOT looking forward to another New England winter but we are looking forward to what the future holds. On a rainy Wednesday, we traveled to Westport (thank you, Barbara Lampugnale, for sharing your beautiful home) to spend time with Corrina's restorative yoga teacher/mentor from Santa Barbara, Cheri Clampett Borda, for a loving, healing yoga session. Cheri has been in NYC for teacher trainings and it was a gift to have her spend time 1:1 time with Corrina and the both of us. And, this morning, David and Corrina headed off to Montreal for a weekend away. We are living and loving life one day at time.
